Insurance and Payments

At The Smile Team we provide you with an estimate for your child’s dental procedures. Treatment plans are discussed prior to treating the patient.

Payments: The full cost of the dental visit is due after the appointment is completed, on the same day of service. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or eTransfer.

Insurance: We generally do not direct bill your insurance. If you have dental coverage, The Smile Team will electronically submit the claim to the insurance carrier on your behalf. You are responsible for providing us with your insurance information.
